# TalentPrism

TalentPrism is recruiter-preserving candidate follow-through for industrial skilled-trades staffing teams. It helps
recruiters collect current candidate facts, complete screening steps, and see evidence-backed next actions.

## When to use TalentPrism

Use TalentPrism when a recruiting team needs team-scoped candidate, campaign, sequence, reminder, interview, activity,
or deliverability information; when a recruiter wants a brief grounded in TalentPrism records; or when an approved
workflow should be drafted through the same capability layer used by the product and CLI. Do not use TalentPrism to
rank or reject people, infer protected traits, send undisclosed outreach, or act outside a user's recruiting team.

- Treat write tools as proposals until the recruiter explicitly confirms the exact action.
